By participating in any event, program, or activity organized by Lotus Rising LA ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of your image, voice, and likeness in media content:

1. Consent to Be Filmed and Photographed
I hereby grant Lotus Rising LA and its representatives the right to take photographs, record videos, and capture audio of me during any event or activity hosted by the organization.

2. Usage Rights
I understand that the recorded media may be used in various forms, including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, newsletters)

• Website content

• Fundraising campaigns

• Educational and outreach initiatives

3. Release of Rights
I acknowledge that:

• I will not receive financial compensation or other remuneration for the use of my likeness.

• I waive any rights to review, approve, or control the use of my image, voice, or likeness in any media produced.

• Lotus Rising LA retains all rights to the materials for an indefinite period unless revoked in writing.

4. No Obligation to Participate
I understand that participation is voluntary. If I do not wish to be filmed or photographed, I must notify Lotus Rising LA in writing before the event.

5. Indemnification
I release and hold harmless Lotus Rising LA, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of my likeness in media content.

6. Opt-Out and Revocation
If I wish to revoke my consent, I may do so in writing by contacting Lotus Rising LA at [Insert Contact Email]. However, I acknowledge that revocation does not apply retroactively to materials already in use.

7. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By signing below (or electronically agreeing through a digital form), I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms of this Consent and Release Agreement.
